CocoKids ECE Childcare Provider Voucher Program

This early childcare education (ECE) program provides financial assistance on behalf of low-income families defined by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) threshold for subsidized childcare services. These are distributed in the form of vouchers to approved childcare providers in Contra Costa County.

Why is the CocoKids ECE Childcare Provider Voucher Program important to the community?

This program was designed to support Contra Costa County families in need by providing access to childcare subsidies. Low-income families with income levels between 100% and 138% of the Federal Poverty Level and who have infants and toddlers, ages 0-5 years are the target population.
